About the Role
The Penn Theater invites applicants for its Fundraising Team, specializing in Sales, Tourism, and Commerce. Reporting directly to the Executive Director & Director of Operations & Events, the Sales, Tourism, and Commerce Fundraiser bears responsibility for:
- connecting with potential clients and potential advertisers to generate support, both in hearts-and-minds as well as financial, for the Penn Theater.
- raising sales, tourism, and commerce dollars as a focus on the non-profit's core mission.
- positioning the Penn Theater in a stronger fiscal footing as an organization.
- completing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Previous applicable experience in sales, tourism, or commerce required.
Must display excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and people management skills.
Must display exemplary ethical and moral approaches to all situations.
