About the Role

The Penn Theater invites applicants for its Events Staff Operations Team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director & Director of Operations & Events, the Events Staff Operations Team bears responsibility for:
- providing exemplary hospitality and responsiveness for promoters and artists, guests, and other event planners for events scheduled at the Penn Theater.
- troubleshooting various set-up and layout problems, isolating and actuating solutions.
- executing detailed and exact set-ups, tear-downs, and transitions.
- completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • Previous applicable experience in customer service or hospitality management required.

  • Must display excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and people management skills.

  • Must display exemplary ethical and moral approaches to all situations.
