🔥 Smokin’ Section 🔥Get ready to groove with this Pittsburgh’s premier rock and soul band! Smokin’ Section is a 5 piece horn-driven band based in Pittsburgh, PA. Founded in 1993, they have built a strong reputation by playing a dance-oriented mix of old school soul, R&B, funk, classic rock, and blues throughout PA, OH, WV and NY. Their playlist includes tunes from The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Stevie Ray Vaughn, WIlson Pickett, Sam and Dave as well as their own original material.
For over 15 years, Smokin’ Section was the house band for The Jerome Bettis Show, The Hines Ward Show, and The Steeler Huddle on KDKA-TV2 in Pittsburgh. The band has shared the stage with such notable acts as The Guess Who, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Chicago, and Billy Price.
