Smokin’ Section is an electrifying five-member horn-driven band from Pittsburgh, PA! Bursting onto the scene in 1993, they’ve built an incredible reputation with their energetic and dance-inducing blend of classic soul, R&B, funk, classic rock, and blues, captivating audiences across PA, OH, WV, and NY. Their dynamic repertoire includes hits from The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Wilson Pickett, Sam and Dave, alongside their own thrilling original compositions.
For over 15 years, Smokin’ Section dazzled as the house band for The Jerome Bettis Show, The Hines Ward Show, and The Steeler Huddle on KDKA-TV2 in Pittsburgh. They’ve also shared the stage with legendary acts like The Guess Who, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Chicago, and Billy Price!
